Nursing Agency Building and Staff Management
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I'm looking for a dedicated individual to join me part-time (4-5 hours a day, 3 days a week) in building and growing my nursing agency in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting staff: You'll assist in finding suitable candidates with a passion for nursing to help meet our staffing needs.
- Cold calling: You'll be tasked with reaching out to hospitals and nursing homes to inquire about their staffing requirements and how our agency can assist.
- Data Entry: You'll also be responsible for inputting relevant information and leads into our CRM system.
Communication:
It's crucial that we maintain seamless communication throughout the project, so I prefer a freelancer who is comfortable using both phone calls and instant messaging apps to stay connected.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in recruiting or staffing would be beneficial, but is not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills are a must, especially if you have experience in cold calling or customer service.
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM systems would be a bonus.
- Being based in Australia or having knowledge of the Australian healthcare system would be an advantage.
