Norwegian Content Data Specialist --
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I manage the digital content and store details shown on an international food-delivery platform and now need help keeping that content perfectly accurate in Norwegian. Every day I receive PDFs, product shots, Excel sheets, and live website links from our partners; your job will be to transcribe or copy the information into our system, double-check every character, and flag anything that looks inconsistent.
You will log each task in JIRA, update or open the corresponding record in Salesforce, and do the actual editing inside shared Google Sheets or our in-house CMS. Because the work is repetitive yet critical, rock-solid attention to detail and native-level written Norwegian are non-negotiable. A misplaced decimal or spelling error could break a price feed, so I need someone who enjoys meticulous proofreading and cross-checking.
Turnaround is typically same-day for small batches and within 48 hours for larger updates. Once a week I will export QA reports; any entry you handled must score at least 99 % accuracy when re-audited. If corrections are needed, you’ll update the source and leave a brief note explaining the fix so our audit trail stays clean.
If you already use JIRA, Salesforce, or Sheet formulas (lookup, split, regex) you’ll feel at home here. Otherwise, I can walk you through the workflows during onboarding; the key is a disciplined mindset and the ability to follow structured processes without cutting corners.
