My goal is to build a steady, reliable pipeline of buyers specifically interested in luxury apartments in Noida. I only want residential leads—nothing commercial or industrial—and I’m targeting the premium segment, so each contact must have a genuine interest in high-end units rather than mid-range or affordable options.

To keep the database clean and actionable, I expect every lead to include a full name, mobile number, email address, and (when possible) a brief note on purchase timeline or budget range. Sources can be paid or organic—Google Ads, Facebook Lead Ads, LinkedIn, real-estate portals, or any other proven channel—as long as the prospects are fresh and exclusive.

Deliverables will be considered complete when I receive:

• A verified list of qualified luxury-apartment buyers (preferably 100+ to start) in an Excel or Google Sheet
• A short summary outlining which channels generated the highest-quality inquiries and any insights that will help us scale

All data must comply with applicable privacy regulations and should be gathered ethically.
