NoSQL Data Entry Support

I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant who can take over the data-entry side of our day-to-day operations. The work is focused exclusively on updating a live NoSQL database, so accuracy and a basic understanding of collections, documents and key–value structures are essential.

Here’s how it will flow: I’ll share raw data files or pull sheets from Google Sheets; you’ll validate each record, spot obvious inconsistencies, then add or amend the information directly in the NoSQL environment (currently MongoDB, though we may migrate to another cloud-hosted NoSQL solution later). Whenever a batch is finished, you’ll send me a quick summary of inserted, updated and flagged records so I can keep reporting current.

Deliverables for each assignment
• Cleaned data ready for import
• Updated entries reflected in the live NoSQL database
• A brief change log noting any anomalies or fields left blank for review

If you’ve handled JSON imports, MongoDB Compass, Firebase, or similar tools before, you’ll feel right at home. Steady communication through Slack and quick turnaround on small day-to-day batches will make this partnership smooth.
