Need a person who can fill tenders in Gem Portal & other state Government Portals.

I'm looking for someone to help me fill out tenders in the Gem Portal and other state Government Portals. The tenders will require both Gem Portal and State Government Portal tenders. No specific qualifications or requirements are necessary but I am looking for someone who can handle more than 10 tenders per month. If you think you meet this need, please submit a proposal and let's discuss further!
