Need help filling out an excel template

I have a cookery project which i have xompleted in word. Need someones help to put it in excel template. I have attached the template. I will provide the word file from where the name of dish , ingrediants and weight are to be copied in certain cells of excel template. The price has to be put ( i woll give you a range of the price )
There will be 90 tabs for such templates so need someone who can do it efficently and quickly.
