Need assistant for finding emails for an email campaign

I am running an email outreach campaign and need the email of the higest-ranking person in the hierarchy (e.g.: CEO, founder/co-founder, COO or CSO) for a list of 100 companies I will give you.

You can use whatever strategy you want, but I suggest using LinkedIn, Voilanorbert.com and Hunter.io. All emails must be verified. Thus, you only need to find the names of the right people. With Voilanorbert.com all you have to do is put in the names plus the company domain and it will output the email addresses.
You will receive an excel file to work with, in which you must include person's name, surname, job title and email. There is a "remarks" field in which you may comment anything you consider important.
