Need Turkish local purchaser to assist in buying educational digital products online, payment up-front

I am looking for a Turkish local purchaser to assist me with a few one-time purchases, of subscription services for popular digital products (educational material) using a local payment method. The ideal candidate should have experience in purchasing digital products online and be fluent in Turkish and English for communication. The payment for the purchase will be fully covered by us, before the purchase, starting with smaller purchases so it is an easy task. Payment can be agreed to be in percentage fees, or per hours worked.
