I Need Help Cleaning Up & Organizing all of My Data!

Hi there!
I'm looking for someone who's quick and smart and knowledgable of efficient ways to organize, optimize, manage, and delete duplicate files/folders across my devices, Hard Drives, and Cloud Storage.
I'm an artist, songwriter, producer, and performer with a ton of Recording Project Sessions, Audio files, video files, and documents that have become scattered (and in many cases duplicated) across all of my devices, hard drives, and cloud storage (iCloud & google).
I just purchased an OWC External Raid Dock to be my "master vault back-up" drive to store everything, but I still want to do a thorough reviewing, cleaning, and organizing of all of my data and am hoping to find someone who's experienced, fast, and trust-worthy at this!
My goal is to have all of my files and folders consistent across my main "vault" storage drive and my cloud drives (labeling, routing, etc).
