NDIS administrative assistant
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
Were a Disability Support Provider who is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join the team as an administrative assistant.
Central to smooth process and efficiency, you will be responsible for some of the below tasks and responsibilities:
• Completing different documents as per the requirements following the instructions of the senior management
• Taking notes and minutes in meetings
• Preparing documents for meetings
• Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff
• Finding ways to improve administrative processes
Required Qualification and Experience
• Certificate/ Diploma/bachelor’s in business related degree
• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years
• Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of tools such as Employment Hero and Monday will be favourable
• Previous experience in a NDIS company will be favourable
