Multichannel Customer Support Specialist
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
We're currently in need of a comprehensive customer service specialist to aid with our day-to-day operations.
Duties will include:
- Responding to 51-200 customer inquiries every day
- Providing support via phone, email, and live chat
- Fields to be covered are product information, technical support and complaint resolution.
We are seeking somebody that has background in these areas and is confident engaging with customers across various platforms. Our ideal candidate would be efficient in time management and equipped with excellent communication skills.
