I'm seeking an experienced Customer Support Executive who can competently offer phone, email and live chat support for less than 4 hours daily. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable and skilful in handling:
- Technical customer inquiries
- Billing related questions
- General product/service questions
- Query management
- Database Management
Strong communication skills, patience, and an ability to troubleshoot quickly under pressure are necessary for excelling in this role. Commitment to delivering high-quality customer experience is paramount. Past experience in a related role will be an added advantage.
