AU Multi-Platform Art Database Manager and Data-Entry specialist
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
We're seeking a multitasking experienced database manager to maintain and grow our extensive collection of 3,000+ artworks across 12 different platforms, including our Shopify website. This is a critical role in ensuring consistent, accurate, and optimized art data across our entire digital ecosystem.
Job Scope & Deliverables:
• Maintain & grow a database of 3000+ artworks across 12 platforms including Shopify
• Process and optimize digital images for multiple platforms (using artplacer.com)
• Upload editorial content (magazine articles, artist biographies...)
• Implement AI tools and automation processes
• Track and document all work through timesheets
Expectations:
• Fast and efficient execution of tasks
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive approach to process improvement
• Strong dedication to maintaining data consistency
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
Required Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in data entry and digital asset management
• Demonstrated track record in multi-platform content management
• Experience with image processing and optimization
• Background in implementing automation tools / strong interest in AI
• History of successful remote work
Working Structure:
• Fully remote position
• Direct reporting to co-founder
• Flexible schedule with autonomous day organization
• Regular timesheet submission required
• Independent work with clear deliverables
