Move instagram images in folders from business account to personal account

Our client has 700 images saved into folders onto her old Instagram business account and now wants them saved onto her personal Instagram, as she has sold the last business.
From what I can tell, you'll need to download the images, re upload them onto a different instagram (a ghost one), and then re-save each image.
This is a very simple task, but must be done perfectly.
You must speak perfect English and be online during Australian work hours.
