Move files from one directory to multiple directories. Filenames are in an excel sheet.

I am looking for help to move files ".xml" named e.g. "11111111111" from one directory to multiple destinations. Destination Folders have name "1" and "2" ... "999999". I have the filenames and directories where they need to be copied in an excel sheet. I attach excel file how its looks like. Its only sample, real excel file will have around 50000 rows of data.
