Monthly Bookkeeping Reports Needed

I need a reliable bookkeeper who can take my raw transaction data and turn it into clear, accurate monthly financial reports. Every month you will log the completed transactions, reconcile the accounts, and generate the standard profit-and-loss and balance-sheet statements I rely on for management decisions.

My records are currently kept in a Norwegian accounting system (think Tripletex, Visma eAccounting, Fiken, or a similar local cloud platform). If you already know these tools—or you pick up new software quickly—you’ll be a perfect fit. I’ll grant you secure, read-only access to the bank feed and any necessary documentation so you can work directly in the platform.

Deliverables each month
• All transactions for the period posted to the correct accounts
• Bank, card, and PayPal balances fully reconciled
• PDF and Excel exports of the P&L and balance sheet delivered no later than the 5th business day of the following month
