Mixed Data Entry Specialist

I need a freelancer to assist with entering mixed data (text and numeric) from digital PDF files into an Excel spreadsheet.

There are many lines, but I need just the highlighted rows/items entered (date, description, amount). See the attached example to clarify. the PDF is 413 pages, but does not have entry on every page.

Requirements:
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and other digital file formats
- Experience with data entry tasks
