Merging Congressional District Code with Zip code and Latitude and Longitude
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a freelancer to help me merge congressional district codes with zip codes and latitude and longitude data. The main purpose of this project is for voting analysis.
I require the merged dataset to be in Excel format (or Stata).
1) go through https://mcdc.missouri.edu/geography/ZCTAs-2010.html
to extract "New ZCTA Master Data Set" the crosswalk between congressional district code and zip codes.
2) use the crosswalk to map on my master files
3) link the merged files with latitude and longitude
4) Use two redistrict events in 2000 and 2010 to identify districts that under through the redistricting process
