Merge 8 JSON Files to a Clean Word Doc
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I have a folder with 8 JSON files from a Slack channel export labeled by date. I'm looking to merge the files then create a clean, readable, word Doc in chronological order from the most recent message date to the last message date.I was able to merge the JSON files and convert to Doc myself but the format is not readable since it includes a one big string with unnecessary fields (see attached sample).You will need to merge the JSON files, then clean up the doc and separate each message to only include the following fields:
The Time Stamp (mm/dd/yyyy, hh:mm)
The User Name ("John")
The Text Message ("Hello World")
You will most likely need to use some scripting and automation to merge and clean 422 items in one folder and another 336 items in another folder (two separate word docs).
