Medium Business Invoice Bookkeeping Support

I need a detail-oriented bookkeeper to handle the invoicing and billing side of our medium-sized operation. All other bookkeeping areas are covered internally; where I require help is in keeping every customer invoice accurate, sent on time, and reflected correctly in our accounting software.

Your work will live inside a cloud platform such as QuickBooks Online or Xero, so fluency with either is important. You’ll generate and post invoices, record payments, flag overdue accounts, and keep the sales ledger reconciled with our bank feed.

Deliverable
• Up-to-date, fully reconciled invoicing and billing records inside our accounting file.

Acceptance criteria
• New invoices entered within 24 hours of request
• Month-end sales ledger matches bank feed
• Weekly A/R ageing report emailed to me
