Medical billing Spreadsheet

Name / patient = insurance com. roughly 15 = billing code = then our fees & what insurance pays comes up automatically. Then at the end of the day it gives me a grand total of both our fees and what insurance actually pays. Plus I'd like it to calculate grand total for monthly, plus how many times each insurance company was billed that month x each code. Kind of in the same format that ive started using in Book1 attachment
