I'm currently in need of a proficient freelancer who can effectively manipulate both text and Excel data for an important project. The project requires downloading approximately 260 online text files and combining all records to a master text file of approximately 3.5m records. Converting master text file to a master Excel template file with delimited fields. Simple sorting and deletions, Matching for duplicates with a second excel file and deleting non duplicates. The requirements are quite specific and require someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong background in data management.
