Mass upload products or product variations to Woocommerce

I need someone to mass upload products or product variations to Woocommerce (on a Wordpress site).
The source product data is on a spreadsheet.
The products have variations.
There are around 8000 rows or 8000 SKUs.
Grab the product images from a website and upload.
Please let me know how long it would take?
