Maps labeling (Arabic is required)

I have neighborhoods that should be covered via polygons. After covering each neighborhood, add two rows.
The first one is called "nameEn". The second one is called "nameAr". In their opposite side, you will add their names in both English and Arabic. The Arabic name should match the list that I will send you.. So that is why you need to be Arabic.
Another required thing... You must know about the geographical information of Riyadh. You will border each neighborhood correctly. You can get some help from google maps BTW.
The border's edge should go through each road in the middle exactly. No mistakes should occur.
Finally, no gaps should occur between borders.
