Manual Transcription of Tables from PDF

I am in need of a freelancer with strong data entry skills and attention to detail. The task involves manually transcribing tables from the pages of a PDF file into sheets in an XLSX file. The pages have been OCR scanned but there are occasional errors and table rows are not always correct. The tables involved don't consist of cells with multiple lines of text. The tables are also highlighted with red boxes to make clear what data are needed and what data are not.
