Manual PDF Data Typing

I have a small batch of text-only PDFs—no more than fifty pages altogether—that I need transcribed into an editable format. The layout is simple paragraphs, but I want every word, line break, and heading reproduced exactly as it appears in the original files.

I will send the PDFs as soon as we start. You may use Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or any other editor you prefer for the final file, provided the text is clean and ready for me to copy-paste without further fixes. If you rely on OCR, please proof-read thoroughly; full manual typing is equally acceptable as long as the end result is 100 % accurate.
