Manual Data Entry to Word
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need help transferring information from a stack of printed documents into a neatly formatted Word file. Everything will be typed in manually—no OCR or automated tools—so accuracy and an eye for detail are critical.
You’ll receive scanned PDFs of the original hard-copy pages (they are clean, easy to read) together with a short style guide that explains the exact headings, font size, and spacing I expect in the final .docx. I’ll share the files via Google Drive as soon as we start, and I’d like progress updates every 24 hours so we can spot-check any ambiguous text right away.
Deliverable: one Word document that mirrors the printed content line-for-line, free of typos, and laid out exactly as specified in the guide. If you notice obvious errors or inconsistencies in the source, flag them—don’t “fix” them silently.
Turnaround: first draft of the full document within 3 days, final cleaned copy 24 hours after receiving my feedback.
If you’re ready to begin immediately and can commit to that timeline, let’s get started.
