Manual Aircraft Logbook Typing

Job ID: 40023798

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have a 200-page aircraft maintenance logbook that needs to be re-typed from scratch into a single Word document. Every line, whether it was originally printed, stamped, or handwritten, must be reproduced verbatim— dates, marginal notes, and any “scribbled” remarks that appear on the pages. excluding signatures

The file I expect back is a clean Word document in standard text formatting (no tables or form layouts). Consistency in font, headings, and spacing is important, but please do not redesign the layout; your focus is to mirror the source content faithfully while keeping it readable. Aviation terminology and abbreviations must be transcribed exactly as seen.

Deliverables
• Word document (.docx) containing all 200 pages, fully typed and proof-read
• Page-for-page accuracy check—every original page number should correspond to the same page in the Word file

Acceptance Criteria
1. 100 % of printed and handwritten content is present and spelled exactly as in the source.
2. No formatting beyond simple paragraph breaks, bold or underline where it visibly exists.
3. Document passes a random spot-check of ten pages without a single omission or typo.

If you are precise, patient, and comfortable working with detailed aviation records, I’d like to hear from you.
