Managing Google Ads

The project is managing Google Ads for a coffee shop in Dubai. The amount displayed in the project is the monthly fee for an entire month. It is preferable for someone with full experience to manage and continuously improve the Google campaign. All campaign payments will be through me. Just need management. Preferably someone who speaks Arabic.
