I need someone whom I can train and can work independently with minimum supervision. A creative thinker, someone who can also follow guidelines/procedures/orders. Can report back to me properly and supervise:
- web development
- data entry personnel
- make admin approvals given certain guidelines
- have RELEVANT REVIEWS in his profile
- have VAST experience in this field
You would be in charge in running a website, supervising people, creating easy to understand reports and someone who also has a head on his own.
