Manage Cold email list currently in google sheets

We have two sepperate email lists for two separate countries that we are doing cold emailing.
We have a google sheets that has all the mails, but in different places there is info about who got sent when and what, and there is a sheet with a donotsend list and each sheet for each date we have sent out.
Now as the list has grown it is become more difficult to manage who we have already sent and who we should not send. We need someone to manage this list and possibly also monitor the mailbox for delivery bounces and remove those emails and mark them out.
We will have lots of new emails incoming, possibly daily so we need someone to manage this and make it easy to manage who we have sent, who we are going to send, who needs a followup etc.
