MYOB Bookkeeping NZD 3/hr

I need reliable help inside MYOB for about two hours every weekday. The core of the role is routine data entry and bank-feed reconciliation, but I will also hand over draft financial statements and source files so you can tidy the figures, generate final reports, and get the information ready for my annual tax returns. Everything is cloud-based and already set up; you jump straight into my MYOB file and keep it current.

Typical flow
• Daily: code new transactions, match feeds, flag anything you are unsure about.
• Weekly: produce a quick P&L and balance-sheet snapshot so I can see how we’re tracking.
• Year-end: prepare the working papers I need to lodge GST and income tax returns without back-tracking through the year.

Accuracy is critical—entries must balance first time so I can export reports without further adjustment. I work on NZD 3 per hour, paid weekly through Freelancer’s tracker, and am happy to set milestones if you prefer. If you already know the quirks of New Zealand GST inside MYOB, even better; otherwise, I can guide you on local treatment.

Deliverables are the reconciled company file, weekly management reports in PDF, and an annual folder of tax-ready schedules.
