To promote our CDMO service with the panted tech, including 1. Antibody manufacturers with their hybridoma cells. The instability and low expression of hybridoma is common and costly. They may lose their precious antibodies. Using our SwiMR technology, we re-construct their hybridoma in CHO-K1 cells in 1 month.
2. IVD manufacturers who consume large quantities of antigens/antibodies. Using protein sequencing, we duplicate any antigen/antibody and re-construct in any cell lines for scale production in 2 months.
The re-constructed CHO-K1 stable cell line has an average antibody expression level of 1.5 g/L and purified antibody of 400 mg/L (at least 50-fold higher than hybridoma expression). The antibody can be engineered meanwhile (switch between mouse to rabbit or any other species, switch between IgG, IgM or any other subtypes). The re-constructed stable CHO cell pool meets any amplification without expression loss or mutation. If higher expression is required we can provide a monoclonal cell line in 3 months with an expression level >4 g/L.
3. Antibody drug manufacturers. Our SwiMR technology allows rapid development of high-expression monoclonal cell line and our license cost for drug development is much lower than other systems (e.g. GS system).
