Looking for long term partner for video annotation (counting cells)
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are looking to establish a long-term collaboration with a partner who can assist us in annotating and counting cells in videos. Each week we will have multiple videos from a microscope in which we seek your help to annotate and count the number of cells visible.
The videos are typically 10-30 seconds and the number of cells are typically between 0-100. We will provide you with an interface to annotate and count the cells. The "tricky" part is to count the new ones that appear while avoiding counting some cells multiple times.

We hope to establish a long-term collaboration (6 months) and will also provide you additional training via Zoom and feedback if you wish to start this job. The scope of the job is 3-10 hours a week depending on the number of videos generated and your availability.
