Looking for an expert with experience working with Macros

I've used a MS Word template I had created for business 10 years ago that has a handful of essential Macros embedded that facilitate the creation of our daily newsletters. The template needs a facelift, with several versions desired as well for several different applications. By the way, we're also open to having the entire template recreated in Power Point, if you feel this may be a more effective way to proceed long-term. We convert to and deliver these documents in PDF, and also use them for online video presentations. I'll include the Word and PDF versions, as well as a link to our You Tube video that screenshares the document itself. FYI - these are Word.DOCM files with macros embedded (right click, then "open").
