Local Reference Part Information Retrieval

I'm in need of a freelancer who could help me to retrieve specific details, namely description and price, of a reference part number from a locally installed program. The extracted information will have to be plain text, ready to be pasted onto a Google Sheet. Knowledge in working with locally installed programs and familiarity with Google Sheets is preferred. High attention to detail is a must. Experience in data extraction will be preferred. The successful candidate would have:
