I need a freelancer to help me with two tasks.
Part 1: I need a complete list of email contacts from a local government website. The data needs to be organized in an Excel spreadsheet, including the names, titles, email addresses and contact numbers (where available).
Part 2: Using a provided email address, you will send out 50 emails daily until the entire list is exhausted.
