Local Business Outreach Assistant

I’m looking to onboard businesses and vendors for my startup application in the local market (South Florida) and need a dependable partner to handle vendor outreach from start to finish. You will:

• Research and compile a clean spreadsheet of local businesses—name, contact person, role, email, phone, location, and website.
• Draft and send a formal, professional email that clearly highlights the app’s benefits and features.
• Track every message, note replies, and flag warm leads for follow-up.

I’ll provide a brief on the app, branding assets, and an email account to send from. You bring solid lead-generation skills, excellent written English, and the discipline to keep meticulous records. Experience with tools like Google Sheets or similar prospecting platforms is good to have; accuracy and reliability matter most.

Deliverables are accepted when I receive:
1. The completed contact spreadsheet.
2. The final email copy you used.
3. A sent-mail log with status notes on each lead.
