Load B2B Hotel Contracts loading

I have a backlog of wholesaler B2B tour-operator hotel contracts that must be entered quickly and error-free inside our own online booking extranet. All rate plans, room types, seasons, blackout dates, supplements, free-sell periods, special offers, promos, and cancellation policies are already negotiated; they now need to be translated into the correct fields in our proprietary contract-loading interface.
You will log in to our system, set up each hotel profile (or update existing ones), load the full contract, double-check for parity with the signed PDF, and run a quick test booking to confirm the rates display correctly. Because this is our in-house software, I will provide a brief walkthrough video and an SOP checklist so you can ramp up fast.
Deliverable
• Every assigned contract fully entered, verified, and time-stamped in the extranet—with no discrepancies versus the signed agreement.
Acceptance criteria
• Accurate rates, allotments, and policies when I run spot-checks.
• Zero mapping errors or currency mismatches.
• Completed within the agreed timeline, ready to go live without further edits.
