List Building - Contact Information for Existing Lists

We have several trade associations that we would like to compile very high quality lists for sales prospecting. Should the information provided be high quality, we would like to have a regular resource we can leverage on an ongoing and consistent basis.

We need contact information for C-level executives including email, phone and mobile number if possible.
