I'm seeking a virtual assistant to help with candidate sourcing. The primary tools will be LinkedIn search and various job boards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and source potential candidates.
- Leverage job boards for additional candidate sourcing.
- Manage and organize candidate information in our database.
- Must have a good standing linkedin profile already
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in LinkedIn search is a must.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in talent sourcing or recruitment is preferred.
