LinkedIn Profile Cross-Referencing

I have thousands of records in Excel format which I will be manually entering. These records contain details like names, work emails, phone numbers, job titles, companies, and locations. I need a freelancer who is a whizz at pulling data from LinkedIn to cross-reference the details. Specifically, I am interested in the current job title, company, and location of the individuals from my records. Also, I would like to have their emails and phone numbers if they are publicly listed. You should have great attention to detail, be accurate, data-oriented, and efficient. A background in data mining, web scraping or a related field would be advantageous. LinkedIn familiarity is expected.
