Lead Generation For Real Estate Acquisition
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Real Estate buyer looking for experienced lead generation in multiple mediums. The ideal candidate will either have current subscriptions to the necessary platforms to execute campaigns or will have experience in them and willingness to begin their own subscriptions.
You will be handing off leads to us based on our set requirements, which will be provided. Your job will be to take requirements, then deliver leads that fit those requirements.
Requirements:
1. Must have tools to pull lists of US markets.
2. Must provide lists that included phone, email and property information for prospects.
3. Must handoff leads to our CRM (Salesmate.io) daily of not hourly.
4. Must provide first tier qualification
5. Must remove opt-out contacts.
6. Must provide every step of the initial funnel process on your own systems
