Job Title: Lead Generation and Contact List Building
Description:
I’m looking for a freelancer who can help me build targeted lists of companies that are actively hiring. Your task will be to research companies, find relevant job openings, and gather contact information for decision-makers (such as Heads of Talent, HR Managers, Hiring Managers, or Talent Acquisition Leaders) to help with my recruitment outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research companies that are currently hiring for positions .
• Compile a list of companies and relevant job openings (more than 3 job openings preferred).
• Collect contact details for the decision-makers (i.e., heads of talent, HR managers, or hiring managers).
• Ensure the list includes company names, job titles, and contact emails.
• Focus on quality over quantity – I need accurate, updated contacts for my outreach.
Requirements:
• Experience with lead generation, data scraping, or market research.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms for finding hiring companies and decision-makers.
• Ability to deliver a clean, organized list (preferably in Excel).
• Provide samples of previous similar work if possible.
Additional Notes:
• Please ensure the list includes decision-maker details and not just generic company emails.
• I need this work done within 1 week for the first batch.
