Large Scraping and Data Entry
Budget: £100 – £200 GBP
You will be required to scrape data from 253 individual eCommerce sites. You will be required to scrape data on all of the products listed on these sites. This data will need to be input into another website and an excel spreadsheet. The data includes Written data, Product Images, and Product Videos on the individual product pages on these websites. The total number of product pages to be scraped is estimated at 30,000-60,000. The data can be input into the excel spreadsheet using an automation tool. The data can be input into the website provided directly using an automation tool or using a CSV file for a mass upload.
Scraping:
1. Product page URL
2. Product name
3. Product price
4. Product description
5. Product variants, their prices and stock availability e.g. colours, sizes, screen size, storage, memory etc
6. Stock availability e.g. In stock, Out of Stock
7. Product images and Videos
Data Entry:
1. Input Product URL into an excel spreadsheet
2. Input Product Name into an excel spreadsheet and website.
3. Input Product Price into and excel spreadsheet. Modify it according to formula provided. Input the new price into website.
4. Input Product description into website.
5. Input Product variants, their price and availability into excel spreadsheet and website.
6. Input Stock availability into excel spreadsheet and website.
7. Input Product images and Product videos into website.
8. Input a unique product SKU number, starting at 100000 and going up by 1 each time.
9. Input Product brand into website and excel spreadsheet. This is will be provided to you in an excel spreadsheet.
10. Input product "collections" into website. These are groups which the product sits in. These will provided to you in an Excel spreadsheet.
You will be provided:
1. PDF with instructions on how to do the project
2. Excel spreadsheet containing 253 websites broken down page by page. Each page will be list of products list page. All the products on these list pages will need to be scraped. Beside the URL to the page is brand and collections that should be input for these products.
3. Excel spreadsheet to which the extracted data will need to be input.
4. An example of CSV file if you wish to upload the data to the website using this method.
5. Unique access to the website for data entry.
