Kannada PDF to Unicode Transcription
Budget: $100,000 – $0 USD
I have between one and ten PDF pages written in Kannada that I need turned into clean, editable Unicode text. This is pure transcription—no translation, rewriting, or summarising—so every word, paragraph break, heading and sub-heading must appear exactly as it does in the source files. I rely on Google Input Tools myself and would like you to use the same so the character set stays consistent across all pages.
Absolute spelling accuracy is essential; I will be cross-checking the final file against the PDFs character by character. Once complete, please deliver the text in either a Word document or a Google Doc, keeping the page flow identical to the original so I can copy-paste sections back into layout software without further tweaking.
Because several pages share common headers and footers, consistency matters just as much as speed. If you spot any illegible glyphs, flag them rather than guessing so we can resolve them quickly. I’m looking for a fast turnaround, but not at the cost of precision—attention to detail is the priority here.
