Job & Rent Search Software

I need two applications that can help me find jobs and homes for rent.

Job search application:
- Search through indeed.com, cv-library.co.uk, monster.com, and reed.co.uk
- Criteria: job title, required skills/qualifications, required experience, location
- Display results as both a list of URL links and an Excel list with the criteria data
- Include job descriptions in the search results

Rent search application:
- Search through a variety of property rental websites
- Criteria: for rent, monthly rent limit, location (city), number of rooms
- Display results as both a list of URL links and an Excel list with the criteria data
- Include brief summaries of properties in the search results

Ideal candidates for this project should have experience in software development, particularly in creating web scraping applications, as well as previous work in developing job or property search applications. Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages is essential. Familiarity with Excel and URL list formatting is also required.
