Description

We’re an IT consulting company looking for a Japan-based virtual assistant to support LinkedIn outreach to U.S. clients.

This is a simple, part-time role. You’ll follow our process, use approved message templates, and help us start conversations with potential clients in the U.S.

Requirements
- Must currently live in Japan
- Basic English for written chat (enough to send simple messages and follow-ups)
- Dependable, organized, and responsive on Upwork

Preferred
- New LinkedIn account preferred
- No outreach experience required (we'll train you)
- Students preferred (we’re looking for someone who can learn our process from scratch)
- Familiarity with basic IT terms (a plus, since we are an IT consulting company)

Responsibilities
- Research U.S. client prospects on LinkedIn
- Send connection requests and follow-up messages using our templates
- Track outreach activity in a shared spreadsheet
- Share a brief weekly status update
