Invoice & Order Processing Specialist

I manage a busy operation and want to streamline three core activities, invoice processing, order tracking, and payroll, inside a single, reliable workflow. All financial data lives in QuickBooks, while day-to-day sales feed in from our Clover POS and Titan order management portals, so you’ll need to feel at home jumping between those systems.
Here’s what success looks like:
• Invoices: generate them straight from QuickBooks, dispatch them to clients the same day, then log every payment the moment it clears so our books stay current.
• Orders: monitor each order inside Titan, keep customers updated on status changes, and step in quickly to resolve any issue that might delay shipment or satisfaction.
• Payroll: run an accurate payroll cycle (bi-weekly at present), verify hours, handle deductions, and post the final journals back to QuickBooks.
I’ll provide system access, existing templates, and a short handover. Accuracy, consistency, and prompt communication are critical; if you’ve previously balanced invoicing with order follow-ups, you’ll feel right at home.
