Invoice & Item Description Entry
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I have a batch of scanned invoices that each contain several line-items. For every line-item I need two pieces of information recorded in Excel:
• the invoice number
• the item description exactly as it appears on the document
I will supply the invoices as PDFs. Please create a single .xlsx file with one row per line-item and separate columns for Invoice Number and Item Description. Accuracy is essential; any typo in an invoice number or change in wording could throw off later reconciliation, so I will spot-check a sample of entries before approving the file.
If you have experience with data entry from multi-item invoices and are comfortable working quickly while maintaining precision, this task should be straightforward.
